Matey Alu Dalna (a recipe of white yam)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chana & drain the excess water and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, give bay leaf and cumin seeds for sauté.
  3. Add white yam and fry well until light brown.
  4. Add pre boiled chana & ginger paste and fry well.
  5. Give turmeric, chilli powder, salt and sugar according to taste.
  6. Add water and cook it in a medium flame with cover.
  7. When the gravy becomes thick add garam masala.
  8. Enjoy the dish with Plain
    rice
    , Roti or Paratha.
