White Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken 250 gms
- capsicum 1 (chopped)
- ginger paste 1 tbsp
- onions 2 (chopped)
- cold milk 1 cup
- whole black pepper 5
- small cardamom 2
- clove 1
- mustard oil ½ cup
- salt & sugar to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Shallow fry the onions and stir after adding salt, sugar and capsicum.
- When the mixture turns reddish add chicken and ginger paste aand stir well.
- Add milk after the smell of the spices come out.
- Then transfer the entire mixture in a pressure cooker and close the lid.
- Cook till two whistle and then remove from flame.
- Let it cool and then serve.
