White Chicken



  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Shallow fry the onions and stir after adding salt, sugar and capsicum.
  3. When the mixture turns reddish add chicken and ginger paste aand stir well.
  4. Add milk after the smell of the spices come out.
  5. Then transfer the entire mixture in a pressure cooker and close the lid.
  6. Cook till two whistle and then remove from flame.
  7. Let it cool and then serve.
