Egg & Green-onion Bhujia

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, cook some time till it becomes soft.
  3. After the onion get cooked thoroughly, add chili powder and turmeric powder & mix well.
  4. Add the beaten eggs, salt to taste.
  5. Mix the whole mixture well till the eggs get cooked and the mixture becomes dry.
  6. Serve hot with Paratha or
    Plain rice.
