Bhel Puri (Spicy Puffed Rice)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix the puffed rice, tomatoes, onions, mashed potato.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (coriander leaves, green chili, ginger,
    tamarind-mint chutney,
    garam masala and salt) and add with puffed rice mixture.
  3. Lightly crush the nimkis and gol-gappas and add with the puffed rice
    mixture.
  4. Add the sev and mix well.
  5. At last garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately.
