Paneer Cutlet

Delicious paneer cutlet for your toddler


four thin slices of paneer (3inch*2inch*1/2inch approx)
one egg
a spoonful finely chopped onions, coriander leaves
a spoonful corn flour (or you may use all pupose flour or maida)


Beat the egg in a deep bowl
Add chopped onions, coriander and corn flour
Add salt according to taste
Mix well
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying
Dip the paneer slices in the egg mix then fry them in medium flame till golden brown
Serve to your little one with tomato sauce
I am sure he or she will enjoy the treat.
