Wheat flour Laddu
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of
wheat flour - 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of
ghee (clarified butter) - 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
powder
Preparation:
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add wheat floor and fry it for 10 min in a low
flame. - Add powdered sugar and fry for 5 min more.
- Add powdered cardamom and mix well.
- When the mixture cool a bit, make the laddus.
- Wait for sometime for bind the laddus, otherwise its break easily.
- Store it in a air tight container after cooling the laddus.
