Wheat flour Laddu

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add wheat floor and fry it for 10 min in a low
    flame.
  2. Add powdered sugar and fry for 5 min more.
  3. Add powdered cardamom and mix well.
  4. When the mixture cool a bit, make the laddus.
  5. Wait for sometime for bind the laddus, otherwise its break easily.
  6. Store it in a air tight container after cooling the laddus.
