Mango cream Cake (aamer puli-pithe)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. At first make mango cream with mango pieces and mixed with condense milk.
  2. Kneed a smooth dough with rice flour & white flour.
  3. Make small balls from the dough and make as a shape of a small bowl.
  4. Stuff the flour balls with mango cream and close the open portion & keep
    aside.
  5. Steam all the bowl’s carefully.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the stuffed bowls.
  7. Enjoy it.
