Carrot’s Cake (gajorer pithe)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Make the sugar syrup with sugar & water.
- Take the grated carrots and boil it for few min.
- Heat the pan, add boiled carrots, khoya kheer, grated coconut, sugar and
cook it well.
- When the mixture becomes thick & dense, sprinkle cardamom powder and
turn off the gas & cool it.
- Make a thick batter with white flour, milk and mace powder & keep aside.
- Make some balls from carrot mixture and give the shape of kebab.
- Heat the oil in a pan, dip the kebab in the batter and deep fry it.
- After frying all the cakes, dip in sugar syrup and keep it for half an
hour.
- Enjoy the cool juicy carrots cake.
