Carrot’s Cake (gajorer pithe)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Make the sugar syrup with sugar & water.
  2. Take the grated carrots and boil it for few min.
  3. Heat the pan, add boiled carrots, khoya kheer, grated coconut, sugar and

    cook it well.
  4. When the mixture becomes thick & dense, sprinkle cardamom powder and
    turn off the gas & cool it.
  5. Make a thick batter with white flour, milk and mace powder & keep aside.
  6. Make some balls from carrot mixture and give the shape of kebab.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan, dip the kebab in the batter and deep fry it.
  8. After frying all the cakes, dip in sugar syrup and keep it for half an
    hour.
  9. Enjoy the cool juicy carrots cake.
