1.Sieve the gram flour.
2.Heat the ghee in a heavy-based sauce pan over a medium flame
3.fry the flour until golden (but not brown-it will be over heated and will become bitter in taste).
4.Remove from the heat.
5.Add sugar and mix well.
6.Make into small balls (make the balls when the mixture is moderately hot otherwise it will not attach to form a ball) .
