Cinnamon is a small evergreen plant. All portion of a cinnamon plant are useful. The bark of the plant is used as spice. It can be use separate or in garam masala mixture.

Dalchini cures vomiting, helps in digestion, maintain the blood sugar level. It is full of anti-oxidant which increase immunity. It is also good for heart. Every mature person can intake 2-3 gm cinnamon everyday.

The extract or liquor of cinnamon use in medicine, soap, tooth paste and perfume too.
