Singhare ki Poori (Fried bread with spices)

Ingredients:

Preparation :

  1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Knead the dough and make small pooris with hand or a rolling pin.
  3. Add less quantity of water as compared to what used while kneading
    wheat flour.
  4. Add cooking oil in a pan and fry pooris till dark brown and crisp.
  5. Serve it with curd and
    chili pickle.
