Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan & add the onions.
  2. Fry till translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt, add all the powders and fry till the oil floats on
    top.
  4. Steam all the other vegetables separately & add them to the onion mixture.
  5. Add a cup of water & let it cook to boiling consistency.
  6. With a potato masher keep mashing the mixture & let it cook nicely.
  7. When all the vegetables are cooked thoroughly garnish with coriander,
    lemon juice & butter on top.
  8. Spread the butter on every pav and toast it.
  9. Serve Bhajji with toasted Pav.
