Narkel Luchi (coconut puri)
300 gm white flour
2 cup grated coconut
Salt & sugar according to taste
1-2 cup of water
300 gm ghee (clarified butter) for deep frying
Take flour, grated coconut, salt and sugar, 2-3 tablespoon of ghee and make a soft dough.
Make small balls from the dough and flat the balls.
Heat the ghee in a pan and deep fry (be careful otherwise the coconuts will be overheated and taste bitter ) the
puris and keep it in a paper napkin for soak the excess oil.
Enjoy Coconut Puri with Dum
alu or Potato korma.
