Gopalkala (a type of snacks)

Ingredients: 

Preparation:

  1. Soak the rice in water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop green chilies, ginger and cucumber.
  3. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  4. Sauté cumin seeds, ginger and green chilies in ghee.
  5. Pour this mixture over soaked rice.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  7. Gopalkala is ready to serve .
