Egg pakora 



  1. Take Besan in a big bowl and mix with water.
  2. Make a thick batter and keep aside for an hour. 
  3. After half an hour take besan batter and add eggs, onion, chilli & salt to taste. 
  4. Mix the ingredients properly and make thick batter. 
  5. Heat the oil in a pan. 
  6. Then take spoonful amount of batter and deep fry in heated oil. 
  7. Fry all the pakoras & keep them in a paper napkin to soak excess oil. 
  8. Serve hot.
