Crispy Keema Balls
Ingredients:
- 250 gm minced chicken or mutton
- 2-3 eggs (separate the yolk and white portion of eggs)
- 3 onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon
garlic paste - 1 tablespoon ginger
paste - 1 tablespoon
green chili paste - 2-3 tablespoon fresh, chopped
green coriander - Some bread slices
- Vegetables oil (for deep frying)
- Salt &
sugar to taste
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients, minced chicken or mutton, egg yolk, chopped
onions, ginger-garlic paste, chili paste, chopped coriander and bread slices
and make a dough. - Make some small balls from the dough and keep aside.
- Beat the eggs white properly with a pinch of salt.
- Heat the oil in a pan, dip the balls into eggs white and deep fry all the
balls. - Keep all fried balls on a paper napkin and serve hot with tomato or
mustard sauce.
