Mix all the ingredients, minced chicken or mutton, egg yolk, chopped
onions, ginger-garlic paste, chili paste, chopped coriander and bread slices
and make a dough.
Make some small balls from the dough and keep aside.
Beat the eggs white properly with a pinch of salt.
Heat the oil in a pan, dip the balls into eggs white and deep fry all the
balls.
Keep all fried balls on a paper napkin and serve hot with tomato or
mustard sauce.
