Crispy Keema Balls

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm minced chicken or mutton
  • 2-3 eggs (separate the yolk and white portion of eggs)
  • 3 onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon
    garlic
    paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
    paste
  • 1 tablespoon
    green chili
    paste
  • 2-3 tablespoon fresh, chopped
    green coriander
  • Some bread slices
  • Vegetables oil (for deep frying)
  • Salt &
    sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, minced chicken or mutton, egg yolk, chopped
    onions, ginger-garlic paste, chili paste, chopped coriander and bread slices
    and make a dough.
  2. Make some small balls from the dough and keep aside.
  3. Beat the eggs white properly with a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, dip the balls into eggs white and deep fry all the
    balls.
  5. Keep all fried balls on a paper napkin and serve hot with tomato or
    mustard sauce.
