Chicken Pakora (for 4 people)
- 250 gm small pieced boneless chicken
- 100 gm grind rice
- 2-spoonful besan
- Steamed the pieces of chicken with a pinch of salt and
- Make a thick mixture mixing whole amount of grind rice and besan, add salt, red chili powder according to taste.
- Dip the piece of chicken in the mixture and deep fry it in low flame using mustard oil or white oil.
- Pakora is prepared, you can serve it hot with tomato sauce or dhania chutney
