Chicken Pakora (for 4 people)


  • 250 gm small pieced boneless chicken
  • 100 gm grind rice
  • 2-spoonful besan


  1. Steamed the pieces of chicken with a pinch of salt and
  2. Make a thick mixture mixing whole amount of grind rice and besan, add salt, red chili powder according to taste.
  3. Dip the piece of chicken in the mixture and deep fry it in low flame using mustard oil or white oil.
  4. Pakora is prepared, you can serve it hot with tomato sauce or dhania chutney
