Cheese Cake (cheese pithe)
- 400 gm white
- 100 gm rice
- 250 gm cheese (grated)
- 1-2 teaspoon
black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 4-5 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- Kneed a dough with flour, rice powder, ghee, pepper powder and salt to
- Make small balls from the dough, stuff with grated cheese.
- Heat the oil in a pan, deep fry all the cheese stuffed cakes.
- Keep it on paper napkin for soak the excess oil.
- Serve hot.
