Cheese Cake (cheese pithe)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Kneed a dough with flour, rice powder, ghee, pepper powder and salt to
    taste.
  2. Make small balls from the dough, stuff with grated cheese.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, deep fry all the cheese stuffed cakes.
  4. Keep it on paper napkin for soak the excess oil.
  5. Serve hot.
