Vindi/bhindi Vaji (okra fry)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in pan, add chilli for sauté.
  2. Give the okra, add turmeric powder, salt & stir well.
  3. Cover & cook it for 4 – 5 min.
  4. Open the cover and spread the okra in a pan and fry properly.
  5. When it becomes light brown in colour, place it in a bowl.
  6. Serve vindi vaji with roti or
    plain rice &
    dal.
