Vegetable Omlette

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly with salt for 5 min.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan, sauté the cumin seeds, cook till brown.
  3. Add all chopped vegetables and cook it properly.
  4. Spread the beaten eggs on vegetables and cook it well.
  5. Turn the omlette and simmer the other side for 2-3 min.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala powder and remove from gas.
  7. Serve hot with toasted bread.
