Uchhe Posto (bitter gourd with poppy seeds) (bitter dish)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and medium fry the Uchhe & keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, saute the kalonji.
  3. Add all the paste (poppy, mustard, chilli) and fry well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar to taste and mix well
  5. Add pre-fried uchhe and stir in continue.
  6. Add water and cook it for 10 min in a low flame with cover.
  7. When the gravy becomes thick, stir it properly.
  8. Enjoy the Uchhe Posto with steaming Plain
    rice
    .
