Soybean Curry

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze the excess water of soybean & keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, shallow fry the soybean and keep aside.
  3. Fry the potato pieces same as soybean and keep aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, give onion & fry until light brown.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chilli, cumin, coriander powder and tomato.
  6. Add salt & sugar according to taste & 2-3 tablespoon of water.
  7. Fry the masala properly and add pre-fried potato & stir well.
  8. Add pre-fried Soya nuggets and water & cook it for 10 min.
  9. When the gravy becomes thick, the dish is ready.
  10. Enjoy Soybean curry with Roti,
    Luchi,
    Paratha.
