A Healthy yet Tasty side dish for your breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size potato
  • A small cauliflower
  • A handful peas
  • Amedium sized tomato

Procedure :

Cut the potatoes and cauliflower in a medium sized pieces (you may add carrot and capsicum also)

Heat oil in a wok, add the potato and cauliflower

Add a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder a red chilli powder (optional ) and cook in low flame with cover

When the potato and cauliflower became cooked add peas

Add tomato and cook for a minute

Add a cup of water, salt according to taste and cook in high flame

When the gravy thickens switch of the gas, add some coriander leaves

The dish is prepared and enjoy your breakfast with roti or paratha.
