Shrimp with tamarind sauce

Shrimp with tamarind sauce (sour)


Preparation :

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add black mustard and chillis
  3. When the mustards start crackling add the imli paste diluted with water
  4. Add the powderedc spices and mix well
  5. Cook under low flame without cover
  6. When the gravy becomnes denser add the de-shelled shrimps and cook for few more minutes with cover
  7. Add sugar and serve as the last dish of a meal
