Shak Vaja (shak fry)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add kalonji for sauté.
  2. Add garlic and green chilli, cooked until brown.
  3. Add chopped shak, turmeric powder, salt and sugar to taste and cook it
    with a cover for for few min in low flame.
  4. Open the cover and fry the shak properly.
  5. The shak vaja is ready.
  6. Serve it with plain steamed rice.
