Prawn Tikka

Ingredients: 

Preparation:

  1. Cut prawns into medium sized pieces.
  2. Make a hole horizontally with a knife in the middle.
  3. Mix lemon juice, salt and garlic paste.
  4. Put this mixture in the middle of the prawn pieces.
  5. Keep prawns for drying.
  6. Grind sesame seeds, chili powder, salt and coriander leaves to make a paste.
  7. Put this paste on the prawn pieces.
  8. Heat the oil in a pan, fry spicy prawn pieces till crisp.
  9. Serve hot.
