Phulkopi Vetki (Barramundi fish with cauliflower)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Drain the water & wash the cauliflower properly.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and properly fry the cauliflower and keep aside. 
  3. Heat the oil and fry the fish pieces and keep aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the bay leaf & green peas.
  5. Add cumin-ginger paste, turmeric-chilli powder, tomato, salt & sugar and cook it properly.
  6. Add pre-fried cauliflowers and cook it well.
  7. Add water & pre-fried fish and cook it for 10 min in a medium flame with cover.
  8. When the gravy becomes thick, add garam masala powder.
  9. Enjoy hot Vetki recipe with steaming Plain
    rice
