Palang-bori Torkari (spinach with dried
pulse cakes) (veg)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the bori and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the bay-leaf & panch-phoran.
  3. Add potato and fry it properly.
  4. Add palang and stir it properly.
  5. Add turmeric, ginger-souf paste, salt and sugar to taste and mix well.
  6. Add pre-fried bori & Cook it for 10 min in a medium flame with cover.
  7. When the dish becomes thick, stir it properly.
  8. Palang-bori is ready to serve with Plain rice and
    Palang dal.
