Mourala Machher Chochchori (mourala fish recipe)

Ingredients:

250 gm mourala fish
- 1 medium sized chopped potato
- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 2 green chili
- 1 spoonful haldi powder
Preparation:
- Rub the mourala fishes on a rough surface to off the scales
- Take a little amount of mustard oil in a frying pan and heat
- Deep fry the fishes and keep aside
- Make an incision on the chili and fry it with onion and potato
- When the onion become golden add haldi powder and 2 cups of water with salt according to taste, cook it in low flame
- When the gravy become thicker add the fried fishes and cook it in high flame for 2-3 min.
- Chochchori is prepared, enjoy it with hot
rice.
