Mourala Machher Chochchori (mourala fish recipe)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Rub the mourala fishes on a rough surface to off the scales
  2. Take a little amount of mustard oil in a frying pan and heat
  3. Deep fry the fishes and keep aside
  4. Make an incision on the chili and fry it with onion and potato
  5. When the onion become golden add haldi powder and 2 cups of water with salt according to taste, cook it in low flame
  6. When the gravy become thicker add the fried fishes and cook it in high flame for 2-3 min.
  7. Chochchori is prepared, enjoy it with hot
    rice
    .
