Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of crab meat
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
(crushed) - 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of celery (finely chopped)
- 1-2 teaspoon chili
sauce - 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1-2 teaspoon lime juice
Preparation:
- Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese and milk well and keep aside.
- Add crab’s meat, celery, salt, onion, garlic, lemon juice and chili sauce
and mix it well. - Pour in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle pepper powder on top and bake it at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Serve with toasted bread or garlic bread.
