Fried Jute leaves (Pat-pata / Pat-shak Vaja)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Chopped the jute leaves, wash them properly and drain the water.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the red chili, nigella seeds, crashed garlic and fry until dark brown.
  3. Add washed, chopped jute leaves, turmeric powder, salt and sugar and mix it well.
  4. Cook the leaves with cover until done.
  5. When the nice smell comes out, open the cover and fry it properly.
  6. Serve it hot with Plain
    rice
    .
