French Omlette

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Beat egg with tomato juice, salt and mix properly.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan, pour the egg mixture on it.
  3. Cook in a low flame.
  4. As under-surface becomes set ,start lifting it lightly with a spatula to let uncooked portion flow underneath and cook.
  5. When whole mixture becomes creamy and the bottom becomes light brown, remove from gas.
  6. Keep on a plate & serve hot.
