- Beat egg with tomato juice, salt and mix properly.
- Melt butter in a frying pan, pour the egg mixture on it.
- Cook in a low flame.
- As under-surface becomes set ,start lifting it lightly with a spatula to let uncooked portion flow underneath and cook.
- When whole mixture becomes creamy and the bottom becomes light brown, remove from gas.
- Keep on a plate & serve hot.
