Egg water Poach
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 cup of water
Preparation:
- Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Break the eggs in a boiling water, remove from gas and cover the pan for 2-3 min.
- Take out the eggs with help of spoon and keep it on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle some pepper powder & salt to taste and serve with toast.
