Egg water Poach

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Break the eggs in a boiling water, remove from gas and cover the pan for 2-3 min.
  3. Take out the eggs with help of spoon and keep it on a serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper powder & salt to taste and serve with toast.
