Egg Omlette Ingredients: 2-3 Eggs 1-2 tablespoon milk 1 onion (finely chopped) 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped) Salt To Taste 3-4 tablespoon cooking oil Preparation: Beat the eggs with milk, chopped onions, green chilies, salt. Beat the mixture until foamed. Heat oil in a frying pan and spread the egg mixture in a pan. Cook in a low flame till mixture is firm, then turn it and fry the other side. Serve hot with bread or Paratha or Plain rice.
