Egg Omlette
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Eggs
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
- Salt To Taste
- 3-4 tablespoon cooking oil
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with milk, chopped onions, green chilies, salt.
- Beat the mixture until foamed.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and spread the egg mixture in a pan.
- Cook in a low flame till mixture is firm, then turn it and fry the other side.
- Serve hot with bread or Paratha or
Plain rice.
