Egg Omlette

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs with milk, chopped onions, green chilies, salt.
  2. Beat the mixture until foamed.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and spread the egg mixture in a pan.
  4. Cook in a low flame till mixture is firm, then turn it and fry the other side.
  5. Serve hot with bread or Paratha or
    Plain rice.
