Cheese Omlette

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a big bowl, mix eggs with chopped vegetables and salt.
  2. Beat with a beater, till it becomes fluffy.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan, pour the beaten eggs and vegetables and fry it on both side properly.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and let it melt.
  5. Serve hot.
