Egg bhujia

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs properly and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, saute the chopped onion & green
    chili and fry it properly.
  3. Add capsicum, tomato, peas and fry it well.
  4. Then add beaten eggs, pepper powder and salt to taste.
  5. Fry all the ingredients properly.
  6. Sprinkle the coriander leaves on top & enjoy Egg bhujia with Roti or Paratha.
