Drumstick recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and give the chilli & panch-phoran for sauté.
  2. Add potato and drumstick pieces and fry well.
  3. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt & sugar to taste.
  4. Add rai paste and 1 cup of water & mix well.
  5. Cook it for 5-10 min with cover in low flame.
  6. The dish is ready and serve with Plain
    rice
    , Masoor
    dal
    .
