Crab with Snow Peas Curry
Ingredients:
- 500 gm crab meat
- 250 gm snow peas
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 2-3 tablespoon onion paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger
paste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon corn-flour
(dissolved in 1/2 cup of water)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tablespoon peanut oil
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté crab meat for 2 minutes.
- Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3-4 min.
- Add snow peas, pepper powder, Soya sauce, sugar, salt, chicken broth and
dissolved corn-flour and cook for 7-8 min until done.
- When the gravy becomes thick, off the gas.
- Serve hot with Plain
rice.
