Crab with Snow Peas Curry

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm crab meat
  • 250 gm snow peas
  • 1/2 cup of  chicken broth
  • 2-3 tablespoon onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
    paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoon corn-flour
    (dissolved in 1/2 cup of water)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoon peanut oil

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté crab meat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3-4 min.
  3. Add snow peas, pepper powder, Soya sauce, sugar, salt, chicken broth and
    dissolved corn-flour and cook for 7-8 min until done.
  4. When the gravy becomes thick, off the gas.
  5. Serve hot with Plain
    rice
    .
