Chicken Malai Curry



  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until onion becomes light brown.
  2. Add all the spices (coriander-cumin powder, chili powder, mustard paste,
    turmeric, crushed garlic, ginger paste) and fry properly.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook properly.
  4. Add coconut milk and lemon juice and mix well. 
  5. Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken and the chicken is tender.
  6. Serve hot with Rice.
