Chicken Karahi

  1. Place the chicken pieces in a deep microwave proof pot
  2. Add garlic paste and the mustard oil, cover the pot and cook for 4 min in highest point.
  3. Add tomato puree,chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, sugar and saffron color
  4. Again cook for 4 min with cover
  5. make a paste of corn flour and mix with the chopped capsicum and por on the chicken
  6. now cook for 3 min without cover
  7. allow for 1-2 min to stand
  8. chicken karahi is ready and serve with rotis or parathas
