Chicken Karahi
- boneless chicken 500gm
mustard oil 3 teaspoonful- 1 teaspoonful garlic paste
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 teaspoonful red chili
powder - 1/2 teaspoonful coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoonful garam masala powder
- 1teaspoonful sugar
- 2 capsicum (chopped)
- 3 teaspoonful cornflower
- a pinch of saffron powder
- salt according to taste
- Place the chicken pieces in a deep microwave proof pot
- Add garlic paste and the mustard oil, cover the pot and cook for 4 min in highest point.
- Add tomato puree,chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, sugar and saffron color
- Again cook for 4 min with cover
- make a paste of corn flour and mix with the chopped capsicum and por on the chicken
- now cook for 3 min without cover
- allow for 1-2 min to stand
- chicken karahi is ready and serve with rotis or parathas
