Chichinga Vaja (snake gourd fry)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add chilli and onion for sauté.
  2. Add chichinga and fry it well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar and mix well.
  4. Cook it for 10-12 min in a low flame with cover.
  5. Open the cover and spread the chichinga in a pan and fry it until light brown.
  6. The chichinga vaja is ready and serve it with steaming Plain rice and
    Masoor dal or Mung
