Smashed spicy potato (alu bharta)
- 4-5 potatoes (washed)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 3-4 dried red chili
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup of mustard oil
- Boil the potatoes, peel them and smash the potatoes & keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté dried red chili.
- Add chopped onion, tomato and fry it well.
- Take the smash potatoes and fried masala (chili, onion, tomato) with oil,
salt to taste and smash them with hand or smasher.
- Enjoy Alu bharta with Plain rice, Masoor dal & Papad.
