Alu-Barbati Vaja

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, give kalonji & chilli for sauté.
  2. Give the potato & barbati pieces.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt & sugar to taste and water & stir well.
  4. Cook it in low flame for 5 min with cover.
  5. Spread the vegetables in a pan and fry it properly.
  6. Serve Alu-borboti vaja with Plain
    rice
    , Masoor dal or
    Mung dal.
