Aloo vaja (potato fry)

Alu Vaja (Potato fry)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Mix the turmeric powder and salt with potato slices
  3. Add potato slices to oil.
  4. Cook it for few min with cover in low flame.
  5. Open the cover and fry the potato properly.
  6. The aloo vaja is ready.
  7. Serve it with plain steamed rice & dal or roti or paratha or luchi
