Alu Vaja (Potato fry)
Ingredients:
- 3-4 potatoes (cut
in finger like slices) - 1-teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt according to taste
- mustard oil for deep frying
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Mix the turmeric powder and salt with potato slices
- Add potato slices to oil.
- Cook it for few min with cover in low flame.
- Open the cover and fry the potato properly.
- The aloo vaja is ready.
- Serve it with plain steamed rice & dal or roti or paratha or luchi
