Aloo Torkari (1) (easy potato curry-with medium gravy)



  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add kalonji and chilli for sauté.
  2. Add potato, and fry it for few second.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt, & stir well.
  4. Add water and cook it for few min with cover.
  5. When gravy becomes medium, the aloo torkari is ready.
  6. Sprinkle the coriander leave on top.
  7. Serve it with roti,
    paratha, luchi.
