Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add panch-phoran, chilli & ginger paste for sauté.
  2. Add potato, and fry it for few second.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt, sugar & stir well.
  4. Add water and cook it for few min with cover.
  5. When gravy becomes medium, the aloo torkari is ready.
  6. Serve it with paratha,
    luchi.
