Til ki Chutney (Sesame Chutney)
- 25 gm Til
- A cup of coriander
- 4-5 garlic
- 2-3 green chilies
- 4-5 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- Roasted sesame seeds in a pan on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Take care otherwise it totally burn.
- Grind roasted sesame seeds with coriander leaves, garlic cloves and green
- Add lemon juice and grind to a fine paste.
- Add salt and sugar according to taste.
- Enjoy it.
