Nipapattu (A type of Snacks)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients besides water and oil.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon hot oil in a mixture and make a tight dough with water.
  3. Make lemon size balls and roll it as thick, small puri.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the puri till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot Nipapattu.
