Jeera Alu (Potato with cumin seeds)
- 3 Potatoes (boiled, peeled and
cut in medium cube sized)
- 2-3 green chilies
(finely chopped )
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 tablespoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tablespoon coriander
leaves (finely chopped)
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cumin seeds.
- Now add potato cubes and chilies to it, fry it for 5 min.
- Add lemon juice, salt and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Crispy Jeera Alu is ready to serve.
