Gahat ki Fannah (Lentil in Uttaranchal style)
- 250 gm
Kulad dal (lentil) (soaked in plenty of water)
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon red
- 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Water (to needed)
- 3 tablespoon fresh
coriander leaves (to garnish)
- Heat the oil in a pan and then sauté the ginger-garlic pastes that
prepared earlier and fry it until the raw smell is wiped off.
- Add lentil to it.
- Next cook them on a low flame for at least 5 minutes and then add water
- Mix well and then cook again, at least 10 to 15 min, or check out until
- Garnish it with coriander leaves then serve it hot with
Black and White Roti.
