Gahat ki Fannah (Lentil in Uttaranchal style)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and then sauté the ginger-garlic pastes that
    prepared earlier and fry it until the raw smell is wiped off.
  2. Add lentil to it.
  3. Next cook them on a low flame for at least 5 minutes and then add water
    and salt.
  4. Mix well and then cook again, at least 10 to 15 min, or check out until
    tender.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves then serve it hot with

    Black and White Roti
    .
